    @kriptongt500 He was implying that the design hadn't dated well. That said if you watch Clarkson's 90s review of the Ford Probe, he comments at how 'pretty' the Calibra is. It's really just trends - give it a couple of years and the VW will seem dated and unattractive while the Calibra and the Probe will be praised for looking streamlined and ahead of their time.

    Its funny how Hammond likes the Cosworth Mercedes but in a recent cheap car challenge he declared his hatred for it
